DELIVERY OVERVIEW

All items are currently delivered by Suffolk Sentry fully assembled and can be placed wherever you want it in the garden. Zone 1 deliveries are by Suffolk Sentry, Zone 2 and Zone 3 are mostly delivered by couriers.

When your order is nearing completion, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date to suit you and also any customizations you have ordered.

As Suffolk Sentry control the whole process, we can offer delivery windows of 3 hours.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY

We will contact you when we are leaving with your item and confirm that we will arrive in the delivery time slot. If you need to move the slot, please get in touch as early as possible.

Due to the size of the items, we require someone to be at the address when we deliver unless we have had agreed a specific absent delivery agreement with you.

We will put the item in a place of your choice.

WHAT IF I AM OUTSIDE THESE AREAS OR WISH TO USE MY OWN COURIER SERVICE?

We arrange courier services if you are outside our zone 1. The couriers have been requested to deliver your order to the garden.

You are welcome to use your own pick-up courier service. We offer an additional packaging service and can provide photos of the item being packaged safely and handed over to the courier. After the item leaves our premises, we cannot be held responsible for the condition you receive the item in. Please make sure you inspect your item on arrival and always, but always, use a respectable, fully-insured courier service.

If you are Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Anglesey and other non-mainland destinations; I would love to deliver to you but our couriers do not cover these areas. What is and isn't possible will be down to what I can arrange with you and your local knowledge of delivery possibilities.

WHY IS THE DELIVERY TIME LONGER THAN I'D EXPECT?

The majority of our furniture is made to order - so it's made just for you and may take time before it's ready to be sent to you.

WILL YOU TAKE AWAY THE PACKAGING FOR ME?

When we deliver, we happily do not use any disposable packaging. When sending by courier, there will be packaging to ensure the order arrives at your safely.

I'M WORRIED THE ITEM MAY NOT FIT THROUGH MY DOOR.

These items are fully assembled and whilst most of them are smaller than a 6 foot human, please contact us if you have any concerns. Photos and measurements will help us determine if there is a delivery issue.

I LIVE JUST OUTSIDE THE BORDER OF DELIVERY ZONE 3. CAN YOU STILL DELIVER?
